| El fin de semana pasado nos fuimos con Lyng al Departamento de Misiones, en la ciudad de San Miguel, situada prácticamente a 180 Kms de la Capital. El motivo fue -como dice en el título- para conocer una de las fiestas folclóricas más importantes del país, como es "El Festival Ovecha Ragué" (Ovecha ragué = pelo de oveja, o sea lana), una actividad festiva que conjuga artesanía y música desde el '89. El festival dura tres días, y nosotros fuimos al último que es el domingo donde se hace el cierre, la jineteada y toreada. Recuerdo que estaba aguardando un colectivo sobre Avda. Aviadores del Chaco casi España alrededor de las 05:30 AM y me encuentran dos amigos fotógrafos: Roberto y Marcelo. Ellos volvían a sus casas después de la noche asuncena y yo enganchaba mi sábado con rumbo a la mencionada fiesta. Y así, llegamos a la terminal, de ahí al colectivo y de ahí rumbo a San Miguel. El viaje duró aproximadamente 3 horas y media; y ahí estábamos en frente a la plaza principal de San Miguel al costado de la ruta. El colectivo para un momento y luego sigue su camino hasta San Juan Bautista Misiones. Segunda vez en el año que vengo al Departamento de Misiones, que sin dudas es uno de los más ricos en cultura y tradición. Acercáte pues, y si tenés frío te presto un poncho de lana... | The past weekend we went with Lyng to Misiones, in the city of San Miguel, located nearly 180 km from the capital.  Lapsos de jineteada se llevan a cabo por participantes de cualquier edad, mientras los bailarines del show artístico se cambian de vestimenta. Chastaka. Comida típica muy usual en el Dpto. de Misiones, sobre todo en fiestas tradicionales como ésta. Se trata de so'o pirú (carne seca), rehogada con huevo y algunas verduras como cebolla y locote, acompañada de una mandioca. Una delicia.Chastaka. Luego, del público solicitan a toreadores de las distintas caballerías, para que vengan a montarse encima de uno. Generalmente los capataces o dueños de estancias ofrecen una suma de dinero por aguantar cierta cantidad de segundos encima de sus toros. | Muchas gracias por acompañarnos en este viaje que pasamos muy bien. Lastimosamente Lyng tuvo que volver antes a Asunción y no puedo más que admirar su fuerza por haber viajado más de la mitad del viaje de pie en el colectivo abarrotado de gente. Ella es una Santa debo cuidar bastante. Yo volví entrada la noche en un colectivo con el que llegué pasando la media noche, con el corazón renovado y cargado de esta experiencia importante, de haber conocido gente muy noble y buena en los stands, de llevarme buenos recuerdos de la tradición de mi país, de llevarme una buena cena con carne de oveja en el estómago, y risas en aquellos gloriosos minutos en el Torín. Fue un provechoso domingo que comenzó de madrugada, antes que el sol despunte sus primeros rayos, y terminó en las primeras horas del lunes. Este es el tipo de viajes que me gusta hacer y es el tipo de viajes que vos y cualquiera puede hacer. A fin de cuentas sólo necesitás un poco de voluntad y ánimo. Y si tu cuerpo está sin ganas por estar frío, entonces llegaste a la ciudad indicada para darte calor. | Thank you very much for joining us on this trip, we had a great time.
