| On May 22 I was, for those things in life, in the beautiful city of Villarrica del Espíritu Santo, located in the Department of Guaira. In last night I was out with friends so that we mobilize the early morning with a friend who I introduced in a previous post, Christian Kaatz, heading to the Super Prime, sleepy and tired about "hooking" this morning with the last night. I had previously shared with you part of the fascinating motor world in "Roaring of the Harley in Asunción", and today I bring more motor, more snoring, more smoking exhaust systems, dust and dirt, hoping that in the future, these photographs can serve as a practice to place myself somewhere in the Chaco when we are having the biggest and most traditional Paraguayan Rally, which has nothing to envy the one of Cordoba (leaving hundreds of millions of dollars of profit in that province), and I hope someday authorities and Senatur give more support, because it would be a positive way to promote development in our inhospitable eastern region (Chaco). I did not take my camera on this trip, so abusing the friendship and trust of Christian Kaatz, I used his great Nikon D90 to make my shots, but do not worry because I didn't left the owner without his element of work; in addition today I'm sharing pictures taken by him here! Turn the key, put in first, and hit the gas pedal all the way down! |

A child observes the running of one of the pilots, situated over a Takuru (tall ant nest). The event in Villarrica attracts families who come to have a picnic, and it was quite normal to see kids enjoying seeing the vehicle in turns and feel the power of their engines.

And I want to talk again about the Chaco Rally, which should be a larger party, where people can really enjoy, and to eliminate the stigma that goes with it, due to the small audience that only goes for incident (getting drunk, face life among the vehicles, uncontrolled situations) because they use the thin presence of authorities that can control it in its entirety. I want a more healthier Rally, a more prepared a Chaco for motor tourism in that event, that could seduce riders from Mercosur and come with all of their infrastructure and team in tow. Meanwhile, let's enjoy the present, and Super-primes such as these, which conglomerate people with good intentions going to look (besides football) another sport that they like.
